After using my local kennels for dog grooming I thought I would look to see what else was available.

I found your website and the thought of a van that comes to the house clinched the deal. I booked an appointment with Glenn and waited in anticipation to see if he could do anything with my 3 yr old rough collie, she was somewhat matted. She took to Glenn straight away and I was amazed at his patience in trying to remove her numerous clumps of fur.

3 hours later she emerged from the van looking like a shiny new pin, she was so chuffed she rolled round in the grass for a few minutes.

My other dog, a collie cross also received a pampering session; she too must have enjoyed it as she was in and out of the van on a number of occasions.

Glenn is a very patient and caring groomer that I will be calling on again once the winter mud ascends. He gave me the impression that time with the dogs was his priority and he never gave me the impression he was rushing, indeed finishing at 6.35 on a Friday is testament itself!

In the past we have found it difficult to get our Dog over the nervousness of meeting strangers. She was a rescue Dog and was very unsure about being left alone.

Thankfully Glenn took the time to get to know her before leading her off into his Van for some much needed attention. My Wife and I were very surprised how quickly she warmed to Glenn and he assured us he would let us know if her nervousness got the better of her. His knowledge of handling and experience with Dogs was well above the standards we expected and once groomed, Zoe came back into the house smelling great. Thanks again Glenn, a superb service.

Just to let you know how pleased I am with the service Glenn gave to our Buttons a 16 week old Yorkshire terrier. He was so patient with buttons it was his first time to be washed and clipped. Buttons was a proper little wriggler and tried to bite me and Glenn which he has never done, I think it was because he was frightened but Glenn was really patient with him.

It was a job well done he looks and smells lovely; I will be recommending him to all my friends. It’s really good just coming out of your front door to the van.
